💫💫💫DECEMBER SLING LAB – CONDITIONING FLOW WORKSHOP WITH JUDITH💫💫💫
Forget Santa – the Aerie is excited to welcome back the lovely and supremely talented Judith for the Conditioning Flow Sling Workshop Saturday December 13th! Ready to take your sling skills to the next level? Join us for a 90-minute beginner–intermediate sling workshop designed to help you build strength, fluidity, and flow in the air.
We’ll kick things off with targeted aerial conditioning to warm up your body and prepare your grip, core, and shoulders for flight. Then, we’ll dive into beautiful spinning techniques and transitions that will make your movement feel effortless and dynamic. Finally, we’ll bring it all together with a short, graceful sequence—combining strength, spin, and flow for a full-body, full-spirit experience.
Whether you’re new to sling or ready to refine your movement vocabulary, this class will leave you feeling confident, connected, and inspired to keep exploring.

MONDAYS AT THE STUDIO
Fit N Sit – Exercise with Caren 9-10 AM December 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29th.
This class is high on fun and energy but low impact on joints. Perfect for folks who may be recovering from injury or who are looking for a low-impact fitness regime. Fit N Sit is a class designed to improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and core muscles without putting excessive strain on your joints. The chair exercise will also improve your posture, reduce stiffness, increase circulation and enhance your overall mood. It will be a mix of non-impact aerobics, stretching, arm work and chair toning ending with stretch and calm. The main focus is on safety and fun.
Chairs are provided. Bring your own hand weights (or you can use 2 water bottles)
First class is free. $10/drop in or $80 for 10 classes.

Performance Group 6:30-8PM – December 1, 8 & 15th
Open to Lunar Landing students who have completed the prerequisite pole levels at the San Jose studio, this class focuses on stage pole for performance. Learn advanced skills and choreography while building stamina and strength! Please text Angela at 208-473-1249 for skill requirements and availability.
TUESDAYS AT THE STUDIO
Mixed Apparatus Aerial with Sarah 5:30-7 PM – December 2 & 9th
New 4-week series starts January 8th 2026!
There’s more to aerial than just aerial silks and in this series, students will learn the basic building blocks of Lyra & Sling. Build strength and confidence as you learn how to safely mount, pose, and navigate movement on these apparatus. This is a mixed level class and no experience is necessary! Aerial Yoga – 7:15-8:15 PM – December 2, 89, 16, & 23rd
Lunar Landing instructors host Aerial Yoga weekly at the Aerie. Aerial Yoga embraces the physical and psychological benefits of yoga with added emphasis on stabilization and traction. The use of a low aerial hammock allows ease of inversion, added grip strength and fluidity of movement. Modifications will be made for all ability levels.
