Welcome to the new Lunar Studio Bisbee! On behalf of myself and all the wonderful teachers who share their art at the studio – Angela, Megan, Lori, Julianna, Caren, & Judith, we are so excited to bring you this new iteration of our community!

Folks wishing to register for aerial, aerial yoga or pole classes will now be able to do so using Punchpass. If you already have a Punchpass account or have taken classes at the Lunar Landing location you should be good to go.

MONDAYS AT THE STUDIO
Fit N Sit – Exercise with Caren 9-10 AM January 5, 12, 19, & 26th.
This class is high on fun and energy but low impact on joints. Perfect for folks who may be recovering from injury or who are looking for a low-impact fitness regime. Fit N Sit is a class designed to improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and core muscles without putting excessive strain on your joints. The chair exercise will also improve your posture, reduce stiffness, increase circulation and enhance your overall mood. It will be a mix of non-impact aerobics, stretching, arm work and chair toning ending with stretch and calm. The main focus is on safety and fun.
Chairs are provided. Bring your own hand weights (or you can use 2 water bottles)
First class is free. $10/drop in or $80 for 10 classes.

TUESDAYS AT THE STUDIO
Mixed Apparatus Aerial with Sarah 5:30-7 PM – January 6, 13, 20 & 27th
There’s more to aerial than just aerial silks and in this series, students will learn the basic building blocks of Lyra & Sling. Build strength and confidence as you learn how to safely mount, pose, and navigate movement on these apparatus. This is a mixed level class and no experience is necessary! Cost for the 4-week series is $100. Space is limited – Register Here!
Aerial Yoga – 7:15-8:15 PM – January 6, 13, 20 & 27th
Aerial Yoga is offered as a series, but you can try it out at the POP UP AERIAL YOGA class on January 6th. The next 6-week series starts January 13th!
Lunar Landing instructors host Aerial Yoga weekly at the Aerie. Aerial Yoga embraces the physical and psychological benefits of yoga with added emphasis on stabilization and traction. The use of a low aerial hammock allows ease of inversion, added grip strength and fluidity of movement. Modifications will be made for all ability levels.

Low Flow Pole with Lori 6:30-7:30PM January 14, 21 & 28th
Are you a pole dancer who is wanting to move with a little more fluidity and grace? Are you a beginning pole dancer who isn’t quite ready to be in the air but wants to learn to slink and flow with the pole? Then you may find yourself in our low flow class taught by one of our fabulous instructors Lori! We will be working on choreography based movement by learning to link spins/tricks with basic transitions and dance moves. Low flow will utilize conditioning and flexibility to help improve your strength and allow yourself to dance like no one’s watching! Normal attire for a regular pole class is required but be sure to bring knee pads for protection! Can’t wait to bust a move with you in the new year!

Level 1/2 Pole with Megan 2:30-3:30PM January 11, 18, & 25th.
The Level 1/2 pole class focuses on progressively conditioning and familiarizing students with complex foundational pole shapes. Whether you are just starting to invert or you love being upside down this class will help you prepare for your next challenge. Since this is a multi level class the skills section of instruction is approached in a workshop style in order for each student to have individualized ques and time to practice.
