This insightful documentary delves into the life and work of Art Spiegelman, the Queens-raised artist who revolutionized comics by exploring dark, complex themes. Bisbee Saturday Market changes its name to Bisbee Community Market 9-1 pm in Warren Vista Park Vendors of locally produced food, artists, collectibles, and live music. Come out to enjoy our beautiful year round climate and support the community!
Chess Club meets every Saturday 10 am – noon at Copper Queen Library. All levels welcome, boards and pieces provided.
Warren Peace Cafe presents Ken Boe noon – 3 pm. Ken Boe is an experimental painter, poet, and playwright based in Bisbee. He employs various innovative methods, such as painting with whips and creating “Player-Piano-Paper-Pieces,” which involve collaging 100-year-old player piano scrolls over abstract paintings.
