Although the copper mining camp of Bisbee, Arizona was located in a remote part of the American southwest, professional entertainers of all kinds traveled there during the late 1800s and early 1900s to perform on stage for appreciative audiences. Historian Mike Anderson will tell the fascinating story of the men and women who sang, danced, acted, juggled, and told jokes at the mining camp’s live entertainment venues during Bisbee’s glory days. The Stepping Back in Time Walking Tour with historian Boyd Nicholl will take you through the streets of Bisbee while sharing the community’s history.
