Bisbee Contradance – traditional couples social dancing done in lines. All dances walked though beforehand. No partner needed, this is a mixer. Contradance has its roots in English, Irish and Scottish music and social dancing. St. John’s Episcopal Church social hall. Lesson at 6:30. Dance from 7-10 pm. $10 donation for the band and the hall. The Chiricahua Protest Music Festival will be taking place Saturday, May 17th at the Geronimo Event Center/Chiricahua Desert Museum, near Portal, Arizona – corner of Hwy 80 and Portal Road. The Festival will start at 10am Arizona time and features an impressive field of regionally popular performers, including:
