Bisbeeland Recordings Presents

This Week in Bisbee Person of the Week!

Matt Strobel moved to Bisbee in August 2024 after stopping for a visit—and, as he puts it, “the vortex sucked me in.” After spending several years traveling and five years living in Kansas City, he found himself instantly at home in Bisbee. Within his first week, he had already made a circle of friends.
A photographer, Matt says the people are what make Bisbee so special. “It’s beautiful here,” he says. He also believes Bisbee has a way of inspiring creativity: “Bisbee will make a musician out of you.” These days, he enjoys playing the harmonica and sums up life in town with a simple philosophy: “Everyone here wins.” Photo: https://www.zushkabiros.com/
