Chair yoga practice at the Y on Howell St Mondays from 4 – 5 p.m., alternating weeks with Nancy Pipkorn.
Integral Yoga practice Monday evenings 5:30 – 7 pm and Friday mornings 8:30 – 10 at Club Kilimanjahro on Subway St.
The goal of a yoga practice is to enjoy ease of body & peace of mind, to have a useful life.
